Your Poe End of Unit Assessment is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10.

Be prepared for the study group day on Monday by completing the study guide with your team members.  Delegate parts of the study guide, if necessary.

7th Grade: 

Complete the graphic organizer distributed to your team in class today.  Be prepared to present your observations in class on Monday. 

6th Grade: 

Your historical fiction pre-writing packet it due on Monday.  Write down your ideas on the graphic organizer, and keep track of facts based upon your Ancient Civilizations research. You will weave those facts into your story.  Bring all notes, pre-writing and ideas to class on Monday.  You will be writing your story with a partner in class on Monday. 

8th grade
     Your Gothic Tale is due tomorrow ....it is worth 100 Pts.

here are a few things to know:
        The email submission is worth 15 pts
        The peer edit sheets are each worth 10 pts. If your peer editor did not perform their work, points will also be deducted from their grade.
         You need to submit at least 3 different versions of the story: 15 additional pts for improvement shown.
          You should attach the Gothic Tale Generator and the Gothic elements chart. 10 pts each.
          Please highlight the final version as directed in the previous post.
          Print and attach the rubric. 5pts.

7th grade:

        Your Universal Values Character Analysis Essay is due tomorrow. be sure to attach your pre-writing and peer edit sheet. At least two revisions must be attached too.  Please tear off the rubric from the packet and attach it to your submitted essay.

8th Grade:

• Your Revised Gothic Tale is due on Tuesday, November 5.  Please highlight your changes. Double space your printed copy in 12 font.
• On your own Gothic Tale, make sure to highlight your examples of
• sensory language 
• alliteration 
• vivid verbs from the list
• You must staple the Gothic Elements and Gothic Tale Generator to your first and second drafts. 
• FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR EMAIL SUBMISSION OF THE GOTHIC TALE.  Subject line must read "Your Name, Gothic Tale Attached'.  SUBMIT BEFORE 830am on WEDNESDAY, NOV 4.

• Print the Noble Experiment: Jackie Robinson story questions from Google Classroom and bring it to class tomorrow. (10 pts)
