7th and 8th: Finish reading your "Reader's Workshop" novel.

8th: Complete the Thanksgiving Reader worksheet.

6th: No Homework! Be thankful for your wonderful family and your turkey dinner, and especially for teachers who give no homework on holiday weekends! <3

Weekly Homework for All Grade Levels

-You should read in your self-selected book for 90 minutes per week.

-You should write at least 2 pages in your Writer's Journal during class each week. Catch up at home if you experience writer's block during class!

-Every Tuesday, complete the vocabulary lesson in your workbook. Your work will be checked in class.

-Study for the Thursday vocabulary quizzes--bi-weekly vocabulary quizzes include the next 2 chapters! Stay current with this work!

-A book talk/project is due on your self-selected books at the end of every quarter.
