8th: Read Ch. 4-7 in TKAM by Thursday. Complete vocabulary pages in packet to correspond with Ch. 4-7.

6, 7 : Black History Month #4 is due Friday. Grade 7: research paper first draft is due Tues. March 2.

6th: Both groups read Ch. 9 by Friday.

I'm Respectful, Responsible and Ready!

-You should read in your self-selected book for 90 minutes per week.

-You should write at least 2 pages in your Writer's Journal during class each week. Catch up at home if you experience writer's block during class!

-Every Tuesday, complete the vocabulary lesson in your workbook. Your work will be checked in class.

-Study for the Thursday vocabulary quizzes--bi-weekly vocabulary quizzes include the next 2 chapters! Stay current with this work!

-A book talk/project is due on your self-selected books at the end of every quarter.
