• Vocab Lesson 14 is due Dec. 16. Test on Lesson 13 & 14 is Thursday, Dec. 18.

• Stay on top of your assignments in STUDY ISLAND! Lessons are due every Wednesday. 

8th Grade:

• Complete the Self-Evaluation Form shared through Google Drive.  Print the form, with your answers and bring it to class. 
• Read "You Danger" and "Are You A Screen Addict?" Complete the YES NO charts in the packet . Be prepared for a pop quiz on these readings. 

7th Grade: 

• see above. 
• Complete "DO NOW - Write about a time when you did something you regret....." write some ideas on this page. 
• Next, Complete the Graphic Organizer: "A Ghost From My Past".  Be sure to provide detailed information of your ghost n preparation for a Timed Writing assignment next week. Use the color chart/handouts in the packet to make decisions about the appearance of your "spirit", making sure that the colors match the message and emotion of their visit. 

6th Grade: 

• see above. 
• Your entire class focused and worked quietly during your timed write ! Great job!
• Return to Google Drive, and open your shared file from Friday's  "Narrative Timed Writing" --- PRINT OUT THE STORY FROM YOUR HOME COMPUTER AND BRING IT TO CLASS!   Please print this document in color if possible.  You will find that I have commented on it and scored  your story! 
• Chapter 4 of  "Chew on This"  is due on Tuesday, Dec. 16.  All responses should be typed, 75 words or more each, double spaced, printed for class.   Make sure to label the assignment with the correct chapter number.  Don't forget to complete the vocabulary log for each chapter!
