  • Fill in the source cards on page 1 of the bright pink research/notetaking packet. You should have at least 4 sources by tomorrow. 
  • Complete the first two sides of the pages for Source #1 in the bright pink packet. Take detailed notes: 
    • Central Idea: Write a paragraph to explain the main idea of this source
    • Author's Purpose: What is the purpose of this information? 
    • Details and Facts: Fill in the boxes completely with information -- 
  • Print the source! Bring it to class on Friday. 
7th Grade:

  • Poetry Project: Nothing Gold Can Stay, Due Friday, Feb 6. 
  • Read Ch. 11-12 in the Outsiders.  
  • Common Core Ready Lessons 7 & 14 are due tomorrow.  You should review THEME (lesson 7) before coming to class tomorrow!
  • Wax Museum:
    • Second Rehearsal, Tuesday February 10.  Monologue must come to life! No more dull memorizations, please !
    • Wax Museum Performance Date: Thurs., 2/12- Make sure you have your costume and prop ready!
